Shipping policy

Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times for each shipping order will be provided with a tracking number. Please note that these are estimated times and not guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.

We may require additional contact information to confirm your order. For example, a copy of your driver’s license or college ID to verify age and identity

Damony Lyfe Inc holds no responsibility for lost, confiscated or stolen packages. USPS and UPS offers some insurance on the packages and if we are able to complete a claim we will reimburse you for any loss or reship product

Return policy

If something is wrong with your purchase, you may be entitled to a return or exchange as long as we are notified within 7 days. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 7 days from when the order was delivered.
Whether you are granted a return or exchange is determined on a case by case basis. At this time, we do not accept returns for opened products. Any item returned without prior approval will not be eligible for refund. Used or opened items are not eligible for refund or return. Damony Lyfe,Inc is not responsible for returns lost in transit, unable to be traced. Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and Shipping costs are not refunded.
